Any activity carried out via your account is considered to have been carried out by you, and you are responsible for all actions and any losses that may arise from unauthorized use of your account, unless such loss is due to gross negligence on our part.

As a user of Wild Cash, you are expected to act loyally and in accordance with applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of your account:

Creation of multiple accounts (multi-accounting) by the same person.

Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of payment cards.

Any deposits and withdrawals on the platform must be made in accordance with the guidelines specified in our cashier section. The user is obligated to use only payment methods legally issued in their own name. Where applicable, we reserve the right to charge fees for certain transaction types; such fees, if applicable, will always be clearly communicated to you before a transaction is approved. We are not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by your own bank or payment provider.

Our total liability will under no circumstances exceed the amount currently held in your account at the time of the incident.

You have the right at any time to request the closure of your account by contacting our customer support. Wild Cash also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently, or if your continued use of the platform is deemed to pose a risk to the company or other users.

These terms and conditions, as well as any dispute or claim that may arise in connection with your use of Wild Cash, are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Both parties agree that the courts of Denmark shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any legal dispute that cannot be amicably resolved through our internal complaint procedures.
